Being a parent is hard—even when we’re doing our best. Sometimes we feel stuck, overwhelmed, afraid, or unsure of what else to do. If you’re here, you’re likely looking for support—and that’s a brave first step.
I specialize in helping children and caregivers navigate tough times with compassion, creativity, and collaboration. I have 20+ years of experience working with children and their families in a wide range of settings — including inpatient, residential, outpatient, schools, and home-based services. I’ve served communities across Texas, Georgia, and Virginia, in both rural and urban areas, offering care in-person and via telehealth.
I believe every child and family has unique strengths and that healing begins with honoring those. You are the expert on your life — my role is to support and empower you with tools and strategies that help you create meaningful change and reach your goals.
I use evidence-based approaches and creative interventions to create a safe, supportive space where children and caregivers can heal and grow. Treatment is tailored to each unique family, incorporating developmentally appropriate, expressive techniques that help children communicate in ways that are natural and comfortable. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, person centered care and includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Art Therapy, and Animal-Assisted Interventions.
If you’re ready to take the next step or just want to learn more, I’d be honored to connect.
